Limits and upgrades
Omnisome offers a free plan for all registered users (no credit card required).
The free plan allows receiving up to 100 responses monthly.
For growing businesses and agencies that manage multiple clients, premium plans are available at a competitive price. An enterprise plan is available upon request.
You can upgrade to the premium plan at any time to receive:
- 1000 or 10 000 response limits (more for enterprise)
- Priority support
- Extended survey design options
Important: With Omnisome, you should not worry about reaching your monthly limits. We will still collect data as you can upgrade to a higher plan to access it.
How to upgrade?
There are two ways to upgrade (purchase) to a premium plan:
If you upgrade or purchase a premium plan from the pricing section, make sure to specify your already registered email address at the checkout.
Omnisome offers monthly and annual payment methods with annual being more attractive in terms of pricing.
Billing details
Your billing and subscription information will be stored under your user profile. Take into account that we don't store your payment details (ex. credit card number) as it is managed by Stripe.
